Senior Operator, Materials Handling

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; regular driving between Bridgewater, Raynham, and other company locations.

Salary: $45,100–$73,370 per year

What you will do

• Receive, verify, check in, label, organize, and distribute incoming materials, products, supplies, and equipment.
• Drive a box truck between Bridgewater, Raynham, and other locations; load and unload delivery trucks.
• Uncrate and assemble materials, prepare crates and packaging for shipment, and inspect packaging for damage or defects.
• Review orders, pull and stage items for packing, and report unavailable products to the supervisor.
• Assign and reallocate storage space, maintain location records, and ensure appropriate product labeling.
• Lead inventory audits, submit audit data, complete housekeeping duties, and communicate operational issues or opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn and follow department procedures and training requirements.
• Compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company health, safety, environmental, and operational policies.

Nice to have

• Six months or more of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse management, logistics optimization, materials requirements planning, or good manufacturing practices.
