GSA Program Vehicle Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Salem, NH, United States; onsite branch and yard work

What you will do

• Manage incoming and outgoing GSA vehicles, including inspections, marshalling, sale readiness, and documentation.
• Evaluate vehicle condition and coordinate oil changes, diagnostics, body work, external repairs, and vehicle transport.
• Conduct safe road tests and verify that completed repairs meet operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary branch contact for GSA representatives, handling updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain GSA records, inspection reports, and transaction documentation in line with IAA, DOT, GSA, and contractual requirements.
• Support branch operations through vehicle check-in, data entry, customer assistance, yard organization, detailing, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and coordinate repair or diagnostic needs.
• Experience with vehicle title processes, auction operations, government contracts, GSA programs, or fleet marshalling.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital inspection and recordkeeping tools.
• Ability to work independently, make daily operational decisions, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
