Parts Counter Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Henderson, Nevada, United States. Onsite role; remote work is not available.

Pay: Salary plus commissions based on department productivity.

What you will do

• Assist technicians, guests, internal customers, and vendors with parts orders.
• Suggest companion parts and help customers access the full product line.
• Pull purchased parts from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts.
• Order Lexus parts and accessories from approved aftermarket suppliers.
• Maintain complete and accurate payment transaction records.
• Conduct business in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of parts counter experience.
• High school diploma, GED, related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
• Retail and cash-handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability.
