Service Manager (Automotive)

Location: Parker, United States; on-site automotive service role

Salary: $22.66–$33.99 per hour; $1,000 paid at 30 days and $1,000 paid at 90 days

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries and concerns, resolve issues, and provide follow-up.
• Assign and schedule work for automotive service staff according to skill level.
• Hire, coach, train, supervise, and retain technicians and service staff.
• Coordinate communication between technicians and customers and support vehicle inspections and service sales.
• Manage paperwork, customer transactions, inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide front-of-shop insights to improve product and service sales and store efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of automotive service technical experience.
• One year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to solve customer complaints, manage inventory and schedules, maintain equipment, and lead and coach others.
• Valid automotive driver's license required at all times for customer vehicle test drives.
• Employment requires completion of U.S. Form I-9 verification; temporary work authorization or a need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
