GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany; relocation to Berlin is possible

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows with n8n or Make.com.
• Apply AI and large language models to data enrichment, personalized outreach, and lead qualification.
• Collect, transform, and visualize data using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
• Integrate CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce with marketing and outreach tools.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement clean, maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Own strategic GTM projects end-to-end and drive them independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
• Hands-on production experience with automation tools such as n8n or Make.com.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
• AI-native mindset and practical experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Systems-thinking approach with a focus on maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Native or C2 German and professional fluency in English; based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Prior B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience building a system from scratch.
