Analytics Engineer (all genders) - Supply Data Solutions

What you will do

• Own supply data and create reliable, analysis-ready datasets and reusable mart tables.
• Build, monitor, and maintain Python and GCP data pipelines.
• Simplify data transformations and prevent downstream teams from duplicating business logic.
• Document schemas, lineage, and data contracts.
• Manage IAM roles, data-access boundaries, cost monitoring, performance tuning, and data validity checks.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve SQL capabilities across the Supply organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional analytics engineering experience or similar experience transforming operational data into governed analytics layers.
• Strong Python skills for ETL and orchestration, with hands-on experience in GCP, BigQuery, Git, and CI/CD.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and design structured improvement plans.
• Experience with platform monitoring, governance, reliability, data contracts, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance long-term system design with immediate business value.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or Dagster.
• Familiarity with AWS Batch, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Supply chain or logistics domain knowledge.
• Experience with data cataloging or data observability platforms.
