Banking Services Operations Associate IV - Consumer Payments & Maintenance

What you will do

• Research and resolve complex consumer payment, payoff, maintenance, and exception-processing issues.
• Perform data entry, system updates, validation, document review, document preparation, and non-standardized exception processing.
• Analyze and reconcile escalated maintenance, processing, and payoff issues across multiple systems and product lines.
• Act as an escalation point for complex servicing issues and communicate with internal partners, customers, and vendors.
• Complete daily quality reviews and provide feedback on work performed by the offshore team.
• Follow applicable laws, regulations, risk standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least one year of general work experience, or at least three years of combined higher education and work experience including one year of general work experience.
• Proven internal and external customer service experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet software, and word-processing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills.
• Specialized knowledge of servicing systems, products, policies, and regulations is required for the role.
