Reconciliation Lead (Pharmacy Reconciliation)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule with required in-office work Monday through Wednesday and work from home Thursday and Friday; hours are 8:00–17:00.

Hourly compensation: $17.12–$17.50.

What you will do

• Lead customer relationships and communication throughout onboarding, including training, documentation, and third-party payer data setup.
• Communicate required customer actions, resolve claims disputes and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee customer reports and analyze reconciliation data, trends, claims, and recurring issues.
• Partner with the Onboarding team to establish electronic receipt of 835 forms from third-party payers.
• Train customers and staff through webinars on the reconciliation application and available reports.
• Maintain cases in NetSuite, complete quarterly unposted claims reports, and protect confidential information under HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to coach staff and customers, manage people through influence, and handle stressful or difficult customer situations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, cloud-based webinar applications such as Zoom, and general office automation tools.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute and ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Fort Worth.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Pharmacy industry knowledge.
• Experience managing direct or indirect reports.
• Billing or reconciliation experience.
• Ten-key-by-touch proficiency.
