Technical Program Manager (Gaming)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; flexible work model combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

Salary: USD 140,000–176,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and drive cross-functional technical programs for publishing and product development in hirify.global Game Studios.
• Build and deploy shared game services and platform capabilities for self-published games.
• Translate product goals into epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria, and lead sprint planning and review ceremonies.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, owners, milestones, and decisions across engineering, product, design/UX, security and privacy, analytics, and external studios.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, and related program artifacts as the single source of truth, including concise weekly status updates.
• Improve LiveOps tooling and execution, business intelligence and analytics for games, community and commerce enablement, and emerging technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience delivering software services.
• Experience planning and delivering complex software engineering projects end to end, including development and release schedules.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams, with prior hands-on development experience valued.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and program planning tools, with the ability to operate at sufficient technical depth to verify scope and impacts.

Nice to have

• Shipped games or supported live game services or technology in production.
• Active Scrum Master certification such as PSM or CSM.
