Front Office Account Manager (EMS)

What you will do

• Manage and implement a portfolio of Portware EMS features and client-driven projects.
• Assess client needs during pre-sales and define account strategies and objectives.
• Gather requirements, allocate resources, and coordinate concurrent implementation projects.
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Pre-Sales Engineering.
• Deliver product upgrades, workflow changes, asset class and trading strategy implementations, and broker or liquidity provider connectivity.
• Support user training, front-end GUI updates, client-facing reporting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial markets front-office environments across multiple asset classes.
• Experience managing significant, concurrent, and competing-priority projects through completion.
• Technical business analysis experience, including translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Hands-on SQL experience, including complex query creation.
• Experience working with software engineers and technical architects on business requirements.
• Knowledge of securities trading, financial markets technologies, FIX protocol, and EMS systems; FX or Fixed Income experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• OMS experience.
• Light coding experience in Java.
