Service Technician (Dental Equipment)

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada; field-based service work in the Moncton area

What you will do

• Determine the parts, supplies, tools, and test devices required for service requests.
• Maintain, calibrate, adjust, and repair dental equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Meet standard service response commitments and follow repair schedules for customers with service agreements.
• Work with sales representatives to present maintenance agreements and train customers on equipment use and basic maintenance.
• Complete work orders, repair tags, equipment loaner tags, inventory updates, and other required documentation.
• Maintain the service vehicle and follow safe driving, equipment security, and asepsis policies.

Requirements

• Electronics diploma.
• Two to three years of repair experience in a dental or medical environment.
• Experience related to carpentry, plumbing, heating, electricity, or electronics.
• Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and working proficiency in written and spoken French.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the SAP platform.
