Installation Technician (Dental Equipment)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; work is mainly performed at customer sites

Salary: CAD 60,000–70,000 targeted annual hiring range; anticipated annual range CAD 54,200–81,200

What you will do

• Load, transport, unload, and safely move dental equipment and cabinetry into customer offices.
• Install and configure equipment according to manufacturer specifications and instructions from the site team leader and client.
• Remove packaging and help protect the dental office and equipment from damage during installation.
• Identify installation issues and formulate recommendations, improvements, and solutions.
• Deliver on-time installations and address customer concerns through the appropriate escalation process.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report injuries or unsafe acts.

Requirements

• Valid Canadian driver’s license and good driving record required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Comfort using hand and portable power tools.
• Strong communication, customer support, attention to detail, and continuous learning skills.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs and carry heavy equipment.
• Flexibility for periodic overnight travel and evening or weekend work required.

Nice to have

• Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems.
