Senior Systems Integration Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead system definition, testing, validation, and deployment of next-generation warehouse robot hardware.
• Own the robot picking and packing performance roadmap, using metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with robotics software and AI vision teams to develop features that improve graspability, robustness, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for robotic warehouse programs and production deployments.
• Investigate performance regressions, validate hypotheses, and resolve complex edge cases.
• Ensure robot fleet performance meets production service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in robotics systems integration, hardware validation, or mechatronics.
• Expertise in optimizing performance metrics and managing the interaction between robotic systems and control software.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects from laboratory validation through high-volume production deployment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive mechanical and software engineering changes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical performance to senior stakeholders and provide clear strategic updates.
