  • Mentor early-career and mid-level design engineers through design reviews and production release.
  • Manage technical risks through FMEAs, validation planning, and analysis of gears, bearings, seals, and shafts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Typically 7+ years of professional experience in electromechanical product design and launch.
  • Experience bringing complex electromechanical assemblies from architecture through production release in a high-rigor environment such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
  • High proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably CATIA, and PLM systems.
  • Detailed documentation, GD&T, and tolerance stack analysis experience.
  • Ability to resolve ambiguous design challenges, balance innovation with manufacturing constraints, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work on next-generation humanoid robotic platforms and high-torque-density electromechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and technical functions.
  • Support an inclusive engineering environment through mentorship and clear communication.
  • Employment is full time.
