What you will do
- Translate AI product roadmap priorities and business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
- Partner with product, technology, data, analytics, design, legal, risk, compliance, operations, marketing, and business stakeholders from discovery through launch.
- Define measurable outcomes, MVP scope, test plans, delivery milestones, and validation approaches for AI-enabled capabilities.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, pilots, release readiness, defect triage, and post-launch feedback.
- Track adoption, product quality, operational impact, and stakeholder feedback to recommend enhancements.
- Support responsible AI documentation covering risks, controls, limitations, escalation paths, and monitoring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of related experience in product management, digital product delivery, technology, AI-enabled products, data and analytics, agile delivery, financial services, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and release-readiness materials.
- Understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, product discovery, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with risk, legal, compliance, privacy, model governance, information security, or other control partners is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, agile delivery lead, or similar role.
- Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, automation, data products, analytics, or emerging technologies.
- Experience using product metrics, adoption data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights for prioritization.
- Experience supporting responsible AI practices and regulated products.
