AI Product Manager Advisor (AI): Expanding internal and external beta programs for the AI Gateway and upcoming AI platform products with an accent on product discovery, backlog prioritization, and technical feasibility. Focus on validating AI capabilities through user feedback and model accuracy metrics, coordinating launch readiness, and translating product strategy into actionable releases.
Location: Hybrid, requiring at least 1 day per week in an office in Allen, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Cedar Falls, Iowa; Charlotte, North Carolina; Lenexa, Kansas; Monett, Missouri; or Springfield, Missouri. Travel up to 25% is required.

What you will do
- Lead internal and external client beta programs for the AI Gateway and upcoming AI platform products.
- Establish feedback loops, resolve adoption friction, and validate product usability.
- Own, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and the definition of done.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to test feature feasibility, evaluate compute trade-offs, and define actionable requirements.
- Support go-to-market readiness through feature documentation, beta metrics, product positioning, and coordination with onboarding and support teams.
- Research market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle opportunities.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience building software or platform products.
- Hands-on experience running client betas, user testing, or early-adopter programs.
- Ability to translate product strategy into prioritized backlogs, clear user stories, and actionable releases.
- Experience using user interaction data and model accuracy metrics to validate product performance and commercial value.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments and adapting to evolving AI governance standards.
- Must be able to work from one of the listed U.S. offices, travel up to 25%, and must not require immigration sponsorship or support now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems.
- Experience with Agile development.
