Senior Staff Integration Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Waltham, MA office; travel up to 50% of the time. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Base pay: $154,310.03–$192,887.54 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex robotics deployment programs, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
• Evaluate architectural and AutoCAD drawings, electrical work instructions, network diagrams, and system specifications to govern physical installations.
• Direct Field Applications Engineering teams, third-party contractors, and vendors during on-site deployments.
• Manage material logistics, site inventory, critical paths, safety compliance, risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish scalable delivery models, program templates, revenue milestone tracking, and deployment methodologies.
• Present project status, financial metrics, trade-offs, and risks to customer executives and internal leadership while mentoring junior project members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive technical project or program management experience in technology integration, robotics, or complex electromechanical deployments.
• Experience building integrated schedules with dependencies, critical paths, risk management, and contingency planning.
• Technical fluency across software and hardware integration, network architecture, controls, or industrial automation.
• Experience with configuration management, schedule tracking, and ticketing tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or MS Project.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Professional project management certification such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience with autonomous mobile robots, unstructured robotic implementations, or structured inspection systems.
• Expertise in testing, manufacturing, commissioning, and quality control for commercial or industrial environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or Salesforce for deployment tracking and reporting automation.
