Liquids Supervisor (Night Shift) (Semiconductor Chemicals)

Location: Austin, TX, with production operations at the Burnet, TX plant; onsite Monday–Friday night shifts from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Salary: $71,500–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the production team and provide daily direction and prioritization to meet production demands.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained and used according to engineering procedures and standards.
• Drive operational discipline, change management, safety, quality, and accountability across the team.
• Develop productivity improvements that increase cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate order scheduling, capacity adherence, and routing accuracy with the planning team.
• Partner with engineering, logistics, planning, and analytical laboratory teams to improve processes and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in chemical manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9000/14000 and OSHA 18000 environments.
• Experience with Lean, Statistical Process Control, and/or Six Sigma.
• Strong organizational, computer, interpersonal, and team-based management skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and travel approximately 5%, primarily domestically. Immigration-related sponsorship is not available.
