Senior Finance Analyst, Marketing (HVAC)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $97,406.66–$135,834.99

What you will do

• Manage monthly close, forecasting, and AOP/LRP processes for the Marketing functional budget and contra-revenue accounts.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial business partners.
• Develop reporting packages that support decision-making and performance visibility.
• Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate budget effectiveness and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Drive controllership, process discipline, standardization, continuous improvement, and finance transformation.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in the Finance function of a publicly held global corporation.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization and influence business partners across functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, integrity, and business judgment.
• Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA.
• Experience with Tableau, Oracle, or OneStream.
