Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Medicaid Pharmacy Trend Programs (Medicaid)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Execute and track clinical program strategies across Medicaid lines of business.
• Coordinate with Medicaid Customer Success, Trend Detection, Trend Management, Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting, Marketing, and Clinical Pharmacy Review teams.
• Maintain clinical program target drug lists with the Clinical Formulary and Medical Strategies team.
• Track, analyze, and report program-specific performance indicators to support decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
• Build relationships with external vendors and internal operations teams.
• Develop, test, and improve new and existing clinical program initiatives.

Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing, and deriving insights from data sets.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with staff at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work remotely nationwide in the United States, with a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Managed care residency training or three years of experience as a managed care pharmacist.
• Board certification.
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Operations experience.
