Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy Trend Clinical Programs

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Execute and track pharmacy clinical program strategies across partner teams.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting, Marketing, Trade, and Clinical Pharmacy Review teams.
• Maintain clinical program target drug lists with the Clinical Formulary and Medical Strategies team.
• Track, analyze, and report program-specific KPIs to support decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
• Build effective relationships with external vendors and internal operations teams.
• Develop new clinical program initiatives and test enhancements to existing programs.

Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing, and creating insights from data sets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at different levels and with management.
• Ability to work from a dedicated home space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Managed care residency training or three years of experience as a managed care pharmacist.
• Board certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in HPS Clinical Programs or HCPR operations.
