What you will do

• Implement internal finance governance and control processes.
• Support monthly closing activities, including local adjustments.
• Prepare statutory and regulatory reports under IFRS 17 and MAS regulations.
• Analyze the business to explain financial results to external auditors.
• Support cross-department projects involving Tax, Asset Management, and Actuarial teams.
• Participate in an 18-month graduate programme with on-the-job training and job rotation across business units.

Requirements

• University degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Understanding of financial accounting for insurance companies.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively in individual and small-group settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an organized, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Adaptability, initiative, motivation to learn, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Power BI, VBA or Python programming, and AI skills.
