Program Security Representative (PSR) II

What you will do

• Provide multidisciplinary security support for Special Access Programs, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP security policies.
• Develop and execute procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Assess vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and security-process shortfalls, recommending improvements.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and oversee contractor and subordinate facilities.
• Investigate losses or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare damage assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of related experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph required.

Nice to have

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification can count toward three years of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification can count toward five years of experience.
