Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; onsite client-site work

Salary: $89,250–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project agendas, master budgets, timelines, reports, and project phases.
• Coordinate design reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction stages.
• Select, contract, and oversee consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, project costs, and budget impacts.
• Collaborate onsite with clients, account managers, property and facility management teams, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, building codes, safety regulations, and government requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Strong client focus, communication, relationship management, leadership, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
