What you will do
- Administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center production platforms.
- Support voice recording, trading turret systems, SIP Trunking, telecom providers, Red Sky E911, and Microsoft Teams Meetings.
- Lead incident management, vendor escalations, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for UC platform issues.
- Monitor platform health with Splunk and other observability and logging tools.
- Manage and analyze Call Detail Records for reporting, troubleshooting, and compliance.
- Improve documentation and knowledge-sharing practices across the engineering team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering or support.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center architecture.
- Experience with SIP Trunking, telecom service providers, network connectivity, routing, and bandwidth management.
- Experience with UC monitoring, Splunk logging, CDR management, incident management, and vendor escalation.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings and collaboration platforms.
- Flexibility to support weekend maintenance, off-hours engineering changes, and critical deployments.
Nice to have
- Experience with IPC Connexus or similar trading turret systems.
- Experience with Red Sky E911 or similar emergency calling solutions.
- Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration.
- Ability to use Copilot and other AI productivity tools.
