Senior UC Engineer (Cisco Webex)

What you will do

• Administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center in production.
• Support voice recording platforms, Trading Turret systems using IPC Connexus, Red Sky E911 services, and Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP Trunking while coordinating with telecom service providers and other vendors.
• Lead incident triage, escalation, and resolution for Unified Communications platforms.
• Monitor platform health with Splunk and other observability and logging tools.
• Manage Call Detail Records for reporting, troubleshooting, and compliance, while improving documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering or support.
• Hands-on experience administering Cisco Webex Control Hub and strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture.
• Experience with voice recording, SIP Trunking, telecom service providers, incident management, and vendor escalations.
• Knowledge of network connectivity, routing, bandwidth management, UC observability, Splunk logging, and Call Detail Record analysis.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Meetings and collaboration platforms.
• Flexibility to work weekends and off-hours for maintenance windows, engineering changes, and critical deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience with IPC Connexus or similar trading floor communications systems.
• Experience with Red Sky or similar E911 solutions.
• Relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNP Collaboration.
• Ability to use Copilot and other AI productivity tools.
