IT Systems Engineer (AI Automation)

hirify.global develops the hirify.global Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1), a rack-scale accelerator designed specifically for AI decode workloads.

What you will do

• Own the architecture and roadmap for identity, access management, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian, HRIS, ATS, and finance systems.
• Lead medium-to-large company-wide IT and systems projects from scoping through delivery, including an identity provider and device-management migration.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex cross-system issues and implement durable architectural fixes.
• Build AI agents, scripts, workflows, and automations using Google Workspace, Apps Script, and identity-provider APIs.
• Partner with InfoSec to review and roll out SaaS tools with SSO, SCIM, and least-privilege access.
• Improve IT operations, remove process friction, and mentor others through hands-on ownership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering with end-to-end ownership of business systems.
• Expertise in Windows and Mac device management, Google Workspace administration, and Google Cloud Identity.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, or JumpCloud.
• Experience administering Slack, Notion, Atlassian, and other SaaS collaboration tools at company scale.
• Coding or scripting experience, familiarity with Apps Script and Workspace APIs, and knowledge of IT security fundamentals.
• Eligibility is subject to U.S. export control regulations and citizenship or permanent residency restrictions.

Nice to have

• Experience with a fast-moving hardware or deep-tech startup.
• Comfort with infrastructure-as-code-style change management.
