Install Manager (Network Infrastructure)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; travel to installation sites as needed.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise three installation teams and their team leads delivering, installing, configuring, integrating, and validating SPARTAN network nodes.
• Build installation schedules, allocate resources, balance team capacity, and identify staffing conflicts or delivery risks.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC standards, review completed installations against approved designs, and validate as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with network engineering, project management, cybersecurity, logistics, COMSEC, Government customers, and site personnel.
• Act as the escalation point for technical and logistical field issues and provide hands-on support for complex installations.
• Report installation status, schedule risk, and quality metrics while mentoring installation team leads.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams or field installation efforts and managing resources across concurrent operations.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design and implementation, including routing, switching, network segmentation, and WAN/LAN architecture.
• Experience establishing or enforcing QA/QC processes for technical field work.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability and willingness to travel for SPARTAN deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD, Space Force, NRO, federal, or intelligence-community network infrastructure programs.
• CCNA, CCNP, PMP, or equivalent network and project or resource management certifications.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Type 1 encryption devices, COMSEC, classified Government environments, site surveys, configuration management, or technical acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with SPARTAN or similar network infrastructure delivery programs.
