Product Support Specialist (Trimble Connect)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office. Travel requirement: 5% or less.

Salary: $58,300–$80,100 per year.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and guidance for hirify.global Connect to distribution partners and end users.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and software workflow defects using remote access tools.
• Guide customers through sophisticated digital construction workflows.
• Lead product meetings presenting support analytics, defects, and enhancement opportunities.
• Create technical documentation and workflow notes to improve global support processes.
• Collaborate with multiple hirify.global divisions to resolve tier-level technical challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of field experience or higher education in a technical or relevant professional field.
• Expertise in complex troubleshooting and resolving software workflow defects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying expertise.
• Ability to work independently, manage high-priority projects, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in the Westminster office.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital construction or AECO industries.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools.
