Application Support Consultant

Location: On-site in Brea, California, or New Brighton, Minnesota, United States; up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Manage service requests and incidents, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution to maintain business continuity.
• Administer business applications, including user access management and operational support.
• Monitor critical applications, investigate alerts, and coordinate issue resolution with specialized IT teams.
• Maintain assigned applications and support reliable day-to-day service performance.
• Create user guides, knowledge base articles, and incident resolution documentation in collaboration with service desk teams, business users, and technical specialists.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in IT support, application support, service desk, or a related role.
• Experience with ticketing or IT service management systems for incidents and service requests.
• Basic knowledge of business applications, user administration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills required for written and verbal collaboration in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, or knowledge management processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Rillion, or other enterprise business applications.
• Experience in a global or regulated environment, including medical devices, life sciences, or manufacturing.
