Junior Technical Consultant (Flexera / Snow Software)

Location: Remote from Poland; valid working visa for Poland required. Local office visits may be needed for team collaboration.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and configuration of Snow Software and related Software Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Assist with software inventory, compliance, and software asset management activities.
• Analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations.
• Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams on customer projects and solution improvements.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Service Management.
• Basic knowledge of the ITIL standard.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data.
• Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent Polish, communicative English, and a valid working visa for Poland are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITAM solutions such as Flexera, Snow, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• SAM, ITAM, ITSM, or ITIL certification.
