Project Management Interior Procurement

Location: Timisoara, Romania; occasional business trips required

What you will do

• Create project plans, concepts, schedules, resource plans, and cost plans in coordination with project managers and specialist departments.
• Manage purchasing-related project goals, budgets, milestones, and corrective measures when deviations occur.
• Analyze internal and external changes, participate in scope and cost negotiations, and coordinate implementation.
• Lead supplier selection and support the continuous improvement of supplier maturity, delivery performance, cost, and quality.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, completion documentation, and budget planning for purchased parts.
• Coordinate kick-off events and act as an interface between project management, development, sales, quality, purchasing, and other project partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical, economic, or relevant field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in purchasing or project management; experience in both areas is preferred.
• Advanced English is required.
• Strong communication, resilience, flexibility, analytical thinking, process orientation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, determined, proactive, and self-initiated approach to work.
• Willingness to take occasional business trips.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of German.
• Experience in both purchasing and project management.
