What you will do
- Lead shifts and maintain operational, cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, ordering, food cost control, labor management, and operational efficiency.
- Coach employees, enforce accountability, and help hire, train, and develop staff.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and support daily restaurant operations.
- Take ownership of store performance alongside the General Manager.
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Experience with inventory or food cost management.
- Experience handling employee accountability or discipline.
- High-volume operations experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical restaurant duties, including standing, walking, lifting products up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
