Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Plan channel engagement and product release schedules with product groups and solutions teams.
• Build marketing and distributor engagement plans in collaboration with Sales.
• Present new solutions and products at distributor offices and lead workshops for distributors and customers.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners while identifying solution- and product-level opportunities.
• Position and promote application-focused solutions across industrial segments.
• Coordinate business development, field sales, applications engineering, marketing, and business unit stakeholders while sharing regional market intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of the industrial market, including building automation, industrial automation, or energy.
• Experience following up on leads and developing field relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
