Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Syracuse, NY; various project locations with travel required and long-term onsite assignments

Salary: $110,000–$151,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support operations with the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead quality teams across multiple utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Manage audits, HSEQ programs, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility or energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience in HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
