Location: Toronto, ON; on-site full-time Monday through Friday at Toronto-1623 Avenue Rd

Annual base salary: $51,500–$60,200, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy to support portfolio management and business development.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, anticipate their needs, and improve the client experience.
• Assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Identify business opportunities and support the development of new client relationships.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to build networks and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
• 5+ years of brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, sound decision-making, motivation, and the ability to understand different perspectives.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
