Client Associate (IR Licensed) CIBC Wood Gundy (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto, ON; on-site full-time Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $50,840–$59,350 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Support Investment Advisors in managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
• Engage directly with clients, anticipate their needs, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and support the development of investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing, and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors to strengthen client relationships and generate future opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.
