Client Service Representative

Location: On-site in Burns Lake, BC, Canada. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and banking products.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and provide day-to-day banking support.
• Identify client needs and connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability for solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Client-first approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication.
• Goal-oriented, curious, and willing to continue learning.
• Ability to work onsite full-time during banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and inclusive client service.
