Project Engineer Intern (Construction)

Location: Dallas, United States. Employment requires verification of authorization to work in the U.S.

Salary: $20–$25 per hour.

What you will do

• Assist the project team with designated construction projects.
• Learn and apply construction industry processes, procedures, and business policies.
• Develop working knowledge of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Support job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety activities.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a closely related field.
• Expected to graduate within 18 months.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural and engineering drawings.
