Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program Spring 2027 (Midwest)

What you will do

• Participate in two to three rotations across Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
• Support scheduling, strategic oversight of work plans, resource allocation, workforce planning, and construction or maintenance project execution.
• Track construction production and field status to help contractors meet schedule, safety, financial, and reliability goals.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, project managers, construction teams, and other departments.
• Contribute to the design and analysis of transmission structures, systems, and facilities.
• Support project lifecycle management, cost control, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
• Must not graduate before August 2027.
• Cumulative college GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the 16-week January–May 2027 program.
• Must be able to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Field employees must live within a reasonable daily commute of the assigned work location.
