Location: Hybrid, based in Portugal, with occasional trips to Venda do Pinheiro

What you will do
- Design and guide software and solution architectures for client projects.
- Work with cloud environments including AWS and Azure.
- Address distributed-systems architecture and long-term system robustness.
- Manage technical debt strategically while balancing delivery speed and architectural health.
- Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software or Solution Architect.
- Technical leadership experience as a team lead, chapter lead, technical lead, or architecture manager.
- Experience with modern programming languages, cloud environments, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English at B2 level.
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit; available for a flexible hybrid arrangement and occasional travel to Venda do Pinheiro.
