Manufacturing Technician (10:00PM - 6:30AM)

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; onsite, 10:00PM–6:30AM shift

Bone Bank Allografts, a subsidiary of hirify.global, processes and distributes bone allografts for orthopedic, dental, and reconstructive procedures.

What you will do

• Prepare sections of human tissue for surgical implantation.
• Evaluate, cut, shape, grind, and package tissue using specialized equipment and documented protocols.
• Set up and break down processing rooms, handle donor tissue, and maintain sterile fields using aseptic technique.
• Complete documentation and data entry accurately.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and properly handle biohazardous and non-biohazardous waste.
• Follow FDA requirements, AATB Standards, SOPs, and applicable company and governmental compliance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or one year of related work experience.
• One year of manufacturing experience, preferably in an aseptic or sterile environment, tissue processing, or an operating room.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers, plus electrical and pneumatic cutting, drilling, and routing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
