Foreman (Power Delivery Construction)

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Central and North, Texas

What you will do

• Provide leadership and direction to field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality construction operations.
• Plan work schedules, including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground and overhead distribution equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for crew members regarding safety procedures and construction best practices.
• Ensure all safety policies, job site inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and crew members while managing project deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working on and around energized high-voltage primary electric lines.
• Valid CDL-A license with a clear driving record.
• Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be available for weekly overnight travel and emergency storm recovery work.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) for communication and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Completion of an apprentice program or technical training as a lineman.
• Multiple years of experience in a Journeyman Lineman classification.
