Assurance Associate - Fall 2027/Winter 2028

Location: Irvine, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required, with up to 25% travel.

Salary: $74,800–$89,250 per year

What you will do

• Understand clients’ businesses, industries, accounting and control systems, and relevant GAAP and GAAS issues.
• Apply the hirify.global audit approach and tools across multiple client engagements.
• Assess risks and evaluate clients’ internal control structures.
• Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Draft financial statements using prescribed formats.

Requirements

• Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university by the employment start date.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and access to reliable transportation for assigned client locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
