Warehouse Technician (Class C Drivers - Wanted)

What you will do

• Receive, clean, inspect, stage, move, load, unload, install, repair, and decommission gaming, amusement, ATM, and related equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks to handle equipment safely.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, peripheral, configuration, and installation issues using established procedures.
• Lead or support deliveries, installations, removals, exchanges, and technical work at customer locations.
• Complete equipment, installation, inventory, device-entry, and regulatory documentation accurately.
• Support quality checks, process improvements, equipment initiatives, and training for junior technicians.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, test equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Warehouse Technician I: high school diploma or equivalent; basic mechanical aptitude and preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Warehouse Technician II: at least two years of experience repairing, maintaining, installing, or troubleshooting electronic, gaming, ATM, amusement, or similar equipment.
• Warehouse Technician III: Class C Commercial Driver’s License, at least four years of progressive technical experience, and ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler’s License.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, move, and position equipment weighing up to 1,100 pounds with approved material-handling devices; work may involve climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, heat, humidity, and moving mechanical parts.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Technical coursework, vocational training, or advanced technical training.
• Experience coaching others, reviewing work quality, coordinating equipment or parts priorities, or contributing to process improvements.
