Central Sterilization Supply Technician - 1st Shift (MedTech)

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Bone Bank Allografts, a subsidiary of hirify.global, processes and distributes bone allografts for orthopedic, dental, and reconstructive procedures.

What you will do

• Restock case carts and central supply areas to support scheduled processing workflows.
• Set up processing and packaging rooms before cases and break them down afterward.
• Clean the facility according to SOPs and scheduled cleaning requirements, including immediate cleaning of visibly contaminated areas.
• Decontaminate and clean equipment and supplies requiring reprocessing or re-sterilization.
• Contain and dispose of laundry, regular, hazardous, and sharps waste according to procedures and industry requirements.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for sterilization runs using Ethylene Oxide and steam systems, following manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and SOPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience; experience in an aseptic or sterile environment is preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers, plus electrical and pneumatic cutting, drilling, and routing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-entry skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
