Sr. Director, Integrated Performance Insights & Forecasting

Location: Concord, Massachusetts, Boston Metro only

Base compensation: $260,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Lead performance analytics, brand reporting, and integrated insights for rare disease brands.
• Translate specialty pharmacy, claims, EMR, CRM, laboratory, and third-party data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Present performance metrics and insights to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Lead short-term and long-term patient-based forecasting, including assumptions, scenario modeling, and forecast attainment.
• Analyze patient funnels, therapy uptake patterns, market dynamics, and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, brand teams, field operations, data management, and market research.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Concord, Massachusetts / Boston Metro area.
• 12+ years of experience in data analytics and forecasting within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in rare disease or specialty markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expertise in healthcare data sources such as IQVIA, Komodo, specialty pharmacy distribution data, claims, EMR, epidemiology, and laboratory data.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced degree such as an MS, PhD, or MBA.
