Data & Analytics Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 71,596–110,257 annually for non-sales roles

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and publish KPI dashboards and scorecards in Power BI.
• Produce recurring reporting packs covering service and case fill, inventory health, days of supply, and forecast-related metrics.
• Use SAP SAC and Fiori for transactional reporting, operational deep dives, and root-cause analysis.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies between detailed SAP views and aggregated Power BI dashboards.
• Document KPI definitions, sources, calculation logic, intended use, ownership, and stewardship.
• Identify performance risks and opportunities, explain variance drivers, recommend actions, and track improvement over time.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, KPI performance management, and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service.
• Working knowledge of SAP SAC and Fiori, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including variance analysis and translating findings into actions.
• Experience validating AI-assisted insights and using BI or workspace tools with embedded or generative AI features.
• Experience with operational, service, inventory, supply chain, or business performance metrics is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with report governance and catalog practices.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methods to operations or supply chain analytics.
• Exposure to Vista reporting changes, including Fiori and SAC go-live and reporting evolution.
