Senior Consultant, Leads Analytics (Databricks/Power BI)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and partners on mandates, strategic priorities, client issues, and project requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT transformation logic across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Apply reusable engineering patterns, coding standards, and CI/CD practices in Databricks and Power BI environments.
• Build Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and role-based data access for self-serve reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance, trends, and structured or unstructured data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, product, channel, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools including Databricks, SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of medallion architecture, dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions, data quality controls, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models, datasets, DAX, and role-based data access.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit is required.
