HR Project Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Coordinate and track projects across the HR roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Support the HR Operating Model programme and related HR change initiatives.
• Apply project management standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare progress, risk, issue, and decision reports for governance forums and leadership teams.
• Escalate delays and risks proactively and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Partner with HR leadership, HR teams, business stakeholders, and HR Technology teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in HR, Business, Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project or programme management.
• Practical experience with project management frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrated ownership and successful collaboration with internal and external partners.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• LEAN Six Sigma experience.
