Project Specialist - Engineering (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Conduct site visits and inspections of construction projects and properties for valuation purposes.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide updates on current construction status.
• Report project developments and findings to the line manager.
• Monitor current construction codes, standards, and guidelines and support best-practice implementation.
• Collect and assess data from consultants and contractors across the building project life cycle.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and service standards when working with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
• Ability to conduct construction site inspections and prepare technical project reports.
• Availability to work in Abu Dhabi and attend project sites is required.
